Wallet Connection

To use Pi Coin Dex, you'll need to connect your Pi Network wallet using your 25-word access phrase. This phrase is generated when you first set up your Pi wallet and acts as your private key.

⚠️ Important: Never share your access phrase with anyone. Pi Coin Dex will never ask for your phrase outside of the secure connection modal.

My wallet won't connect

Make sure you're entering your full 25-word access phrase exactly as it appears in your Pi wallet. Each word should be separated by a single space. The phrase is case-insensitive.

My swap is taking too long

Swaps typically process within 2-3 seconds. If you're experiencing delays, check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. Your funds are always safe.

My balance isn't updating

After a successful swap, your balance should update immediately. If it doesn't, click on your wallet address in the header to refresh the dropdown, or disconnect and reconnect your wallet.

How do I report a bug?

If you encounter a bug or unexpected behavior, please email our support team with a description of the issue, your wallet address (never your access phrase!), and screenshots if possible.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wallet access phrase. Pi Coin Dex does not store your private keys or access phrases. We cannot recover lost or compromised wallets.

5. Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Prices can be volatile and you may lose some or all of your investment. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that Pi Coin Dex is not responsible for any trading losses.

6. Fees

Pi Coin Dex charges a network fee of 0.01 PI per transaction. Fee structures may change with notice to users. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Platform for any illegal activities including but not limited to: money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
